There are no fixed price for the electricity and water in Thailand, and in the most of condominiums and villages, where the management company taking care of the project, the rates are usually higher then official government rates. And as for the electricity, even if you are using the government rates, the price per unit also depends on usage, for example in the night time the rate is higher, same as if you are using a lot of electricity. So the estimate price per 1 kWh – 4-5 THB.
For the water costs, it is almost the same system. The price is 35 THB per 1 cubic meter. This price is for the cold water only, because there are no boiler rooms in Thailand and everybody using a water heater.
